The work began in the villa markets of Europe — Saint-Tropez and Mykonos in summer, Saint-Moritz and Courchevel in winter, with Aspen, Ibiza, and Saint Barths in the years between. The discipline never changes: know the houses, know the people, match one to the other.

What changes now is structure. Arranging these residences has long meant working through intermediaries. Kevin is building direct relationships with the owners and stewards of exceptional homes — so that the client deals with him, and he deals with the house. Nothing in between.

A residential practice runs alongside. Licensed in California, Kevin represents clients acquiring homes in Los Angeles, and — through a trusted network — in the cities beyond it. The principle holds throughout: a home is never only the transaction. It is the setting for everything that follows.
